7-7:45pm – SoulSwingJazz Fitness Class A high-energy, feel-good workout that blends swing, soul, and jazz-inspired moves. Think vintage strolls, upbeat rhythms, and a whole lot of sass. No gym gear needed—just comfy clothes and a smile!
8-8:45pm – Swing/Jive Class Perfect for beginners or those wanting to refresh their basics. Learn classic swing and jive steps in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. No partner? No problem! We rotate partners so everyone gets to dance
9-9:45pm – Swing/Jive Dance Class Time to level up! Learn fab new moves, stylish combos, and how to glide across the floor with confidence. Great for social dancing and making new friends
Expect laughter, music, and a whole lot of groove.
