At Swingsters, we believe dancing should do more than exercise your body…
It should strengthen your mind, lift your spirit and fill you with confidence too.
That’s why SoulSwingJazz is so much more than a fitness class.
✨ Dance at your own pace
✨ No partner needed
✨ No pressure
✨ No judgement
✨ Just great music, feel-good movement and lots of smiles
Science tells us that dancing can improve memory, balance, coordination, mood and overall wellbeing — but we’ve been seeing these amazing transformations for over 20 years.
Our philosophy is simple…
When you feel stronger on the inside, it naturally shows on the outside.
That’s why we don’t just teach movement…
We help you Dance from the Inside Out.
Whether you’re taking your very first steps or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, you’ll be welcomed into our friendly Swingsters family.
